We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Suzanne, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local attractions. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to all the places we wanted to visit. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet, providing a peaceful oasis after a noisy stay in another hostel nearby. Additionally, the hotel had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this neighborhood!

We really liked this hotel. Yes, it is a tiny bit overpriced (as the word boutique would suggest) but the ambience of the hotel, the spacious room (outside birds were singing in the morning) the wonderful and very helpful staff, the nice restaurant and the breakfast all made up for it. We felt very well taken care of. Excellent restaurants in wonderful San Telmo just around the corner.
The beds were a bit hard and it sometimes smelled like sewer in the bathroom but those are just minor details. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

We stayed in a hotel located in a quiet street in San Telmo, close to everything in this city! The best aspects were the location, near everything and just around the corner from the market. The breakfast was very good, with fresh coffee and juice in the mornings. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us lots of suggestions for activities.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The staff was amazing! They went out of their way to look after us, book taxis, recommend restaurant, walking tours, etc. Honestly, we would go back in a heart beat because the staff was so wonderful. I can't recommend this place enough.
The location of this hotel is a little daunting when returning late at night.

A nice new familiy hotel in the centre of San Telmo. Very nice and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, spacious and clean room. Perfect location to discover San Telmo, but also the Boca or the central areas of BsAs are not that far.

Comfortable Rooms and Central Location the hotel location is perfect for city trips. It is in the middle of a historical district with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. the rooms are comfortable and spacious. the best thing about this hotel is that it has a vintage style that matches the neighborhood's aesthetic. the breakfast is basic but sufficient, allowing you to start your day well.
Poor Wi, Fi and Unfriendly Staff the Wi, Fi in this hotel is terrible; it's slow, and you end up losing the connection often.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Very good breakfast (your choice of several options). They let us check in early without a hassle. The room was quiet. Overall, I think this is a nice place to stay and a good hotel, but I wouldn't stay here again for $133 a night (including iva). I would feel comfortable paying no more than $100 (including iva).
For me, the cost with the 21% vat ($133 per night) wasn't a good value. Even in BsAs, for that amount, I hoped for more. There were just too many little things that kept the room from being outstanding. The bathroom was very nice with L'Occitane bath products, but the jacuzzi didn't work the one time we wanted to use it. The bed was large and the linens nice, but the mattress was very firm (not low quality, just not my preference). The tv had "hd" cable, but many channels had very poor reception. The a/c intermittently would click loudly. Finally, our room's floor was painted cement (grey and green), which wasn't very boutique- esque. It seemed industrial. I didn't complain about these things because they were all minor, but, as I wrote, in the end, I was left with a so-so impression of the room.

This charming and stylish boutique hotel is located in a quiet street in San Telmo, close to the Sunday market and delicious restaurants. the family-friendly atmosphere and warm welcome from the staff make it feel like staying in someone’s home. the huge rooms and lovely bathrooms are some of the highlights of the hotel. the hotel provides tourist brochures, and the breakfast is great.
The hotel's WIFI can be spotty in some areas of the room and may require sitting close to the reception desk, as per some guests' feedback.

Great location, comfortable hotel.
Luxury room was more-or-less identical to the normal rooms, just larger.

Interesting and comfortable rooms, excellent location
Some services/facilities could be improved - E.G. breakfast was nice (fresh juice and fruit salad) but rather plain, air-conditioning/heater was extremely loud.
